5.3 General Terms and Conditions

These general terms and conditions apply to all purchases made via the website of OffSeason London, located at Amsterdam, NL, reachable via info@offseasonlondon.com.

1. Applicability

By placing an order, you agree to these general terms and conditions, our return policy, shipping policy, payment policy, privacy policy, and cookie policy.

2. Product Information

We do our utmost to describe products correctly and provide up-to-date information. Colors may vary slightly depending on the screen. Typographical or pricing errors and inaccuracies may occur; no rights can be derived from these.

3. Ordering and Payment

Orders will only be processed after receipt of full payment. The available payment methods ([Payment Providers]) may vary by country. Customers are responsible for checking which payment methods are available for their location.

4. Processing and Delivery

Processing time (dispatch): 1 to 2 business days.

Shipping time after processing: 1 to 7 business days, depending on location. Shipping takes place directly from our supplier in China; customs fees may apply.

Statement timeframes are indicative; delays due to busy periods, holidays, or customs procedures do not entitle you to cancellation or a refund.

5. Returns and Cancellations

See our separate return policy for all conditions. Cancellation after placing an order is not possible, and a refund or chargeback cannot be initiated until the item has been received.

6. Liability

We are not responsible for loss or damage during shipping if the tracking indicates that the package has been delivered to the specified address. Our liability is in all cases limited to a maximum of the purchase amount of the relevant item. Always check your address details carefully.

8. Complaints Procedure

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the district where OffSeason London is established, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
